Leading digital innovation in education is a transformative programme designed to equip educational leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to drive significant change within their institutions. By combining in-depth leadership development, practical A.I. applications, and a strong emphasis on innovation, this program empowers participants to become catalysts for positive transformation.

Through a blend of in-person workshops which consists of 2 PLG’s in Auckland, online coaching, and a dynamic online community, participants will gain a deep understanding of the educational landscape, develop innovative solutions.

Digital and A.I Innovators is tailored to meet the specific needs of senior leaders, Kahui Ako leads, HOD’s or e-Learning leads who are committed to enhancing student outcomes and building thriving school communities.

By the end of the Digital Innovators course, you will be able to:

Core Components

The Leading Change and Innovation in Education program is structured around three core components:

1. In-Person PLGs (AKL): Immersive, face-to-face workshops designed to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking among participants. These sessions will cover a range of topics, including leadership development, AI integration, and change management strategies.
2. Online Coaching: Personalised support and guidance provided by experienced coaches through virtual one-on-one sessions. Coaches will help participants set goals, develop action plans, and overcome challenges.
3. Online Learning Platform: A dedicated platform for delivering curated content, facilitating peer-to-peer interaction, and providing access to resources. This platform will host AI modules, leadership development materials, and discussion forums.
