Marshall Diggs

GCLA Director

Marshall has a background as a principal, community leader and keynote speaker, Marshall’s role as Director at the Growth Culture Leadership Academy perfectly combines his incredible ability to inspire educators, with his strengths in leadership, coaching and mentoring.

Marshall and his wife are also deeply committed to global impact. Currently, they are pioneering community transformation projects in Australia, Uganda, Fiji and New Zealand in partnership with several charitable organisations including the Strengths Foundation and World Vision.

Abigail Uttley

With a dual background in Economics and English, Abi spent over a decade teaching in several large New Zealand high schools. Building on this experience, she undertook postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management, focusing on teacher retention strategies. She furthered her learning with studies in Organisational Psychology, the Science of Learning, and Structured Literacy.

Abi's diverse background has shaped her passion for understanding how people learn and thrive. She now applies this knowledge in her role at Growth Culture where she support educators in developing their practice.

Bex Rose

As a seasoned education leader with over two decades of experience, Bex is dedicated to empowering educators to embrace the transformative potential of artificial intelligence. With a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by AI, Bex has established herself as a passionate facilitator and mentor in the field.

Beyond her expertise in AI, in her role as Head of Impact at Growth Culture, Bex is also a seasoned leadership facilitator. She has a proven track record of guiding educational leaders to develop their skills, unlock their potential, and drive positive change within their institutions. With her passion for education and her commitment to lifelong learning, Bex is a driving force in shaping the future of education in New Zealand.
