Kia ora team; I did miss the online hui for the above videos, however I wanted to do a shout out about them; Aaron’s video was incredible to listen to and I made my husband listen as well; we have lived the initial scenario in Aarons video for the past year and we have felt a bit lost and although his wasnt in the education sector it hit home many of the feelings that went with a bad situation. I loved the advice on next steps and zone of influence and control, always things to consider, along with leaving well, hes actually in talks with his previous employer and although it will be a step down from the job he left for, they are happy to have him back as long as he passes the medical and police checks, so it really is a thing! Listening to Ally’s kura transformation under Poutama Pounamu was great also as our kura done the same PD and are still on that waka working on this and about to re-survey our Māori whānau and students to see where we are going, in what is our 6th year.
