We are looking forward to our regional PLGs, held next week throughout the country. We ask that you view three videos before the day so you are ready to discuss them with your regional group. Videos 1 and 2 are different takes on courageous conversations, from Marshall Diggs and Emma Kingston. Please also see the workbook for Emma’s video, if this would be helpful for you (link below the video). The third video is a slightly different take on the theme, by Aaron Ironside – ‘Mentoring and Giving Feedback.’ We think this links quite nicely to having courageous conversations as often these will be performance-based conversations with staff members.
