I am in awe of your understanding of this subject and how you can deliver your insight and wisdom with such clarity and compassion. I feel so much more inspired and confident in my ability to acknowledge and accept these fundamental truths moving forward to benefit myself personally, and the tamaraki and colleagues I work with. Thankyou.
Some great points in this video. The phrase “stop shoulding yourself “ I found really good and shared this with my fellow staff
Very good insight that will keep me busy this weekend dealing with emotional bruises that I need to look at with adult eyes to be a better mirror to those around me.
The phrase “stop ‘shoulding’ yourself” will stay with me, with a smile attached.
