Welcome to the second PLG for the Aspiring Leadership Programme!
We are excited to bring you a collection of videos to explore on the topic of transformation. Please view these videos ahead of the hui with the kaiārahi later this week, and reflect on how the messages apply to you, your leadership and your kura.

Follow-up meetings with kaiārahi to discuss content will be on Thursday 25th June, in a ‘flipped’ model. Please watch the videos in advance and have a think about how this information applies to you. These meetings will be one hour long, facilitated by a kaiārahi, to unpack your learnings and reflections after viewing the content.
There will be two meetings to choose from and you do not need to select the meeting held by your kaiārahi:
